Exploretrip is SCAM. Stay Away
I had the worst experience with Exploretrip. I booked my AirIndia flight from Chicago to New Delhi for 25 March. However due to lockdown in India, I contacted Exploretrip and cancelled my flight. At the time of cancellation they charged me $69 and told me that I'll be getting my refund within 2-3 statement cycle. It has been 9 months now and I still havent got the refund. I even contacted AirIndia and they told me that my travel agent(ExploreTrip) will issue the refund. I asked a few people on different travel groups about same flight refund for AirIndia and they told me that they have already got their refund from other travel websites. I'll never book my ticket again from Exploretrip and will advise everyone from stay away from this website.
