Absolutely shocking. Most stressful time of my business career dealing with migration without notice from quaddra. Server platforms changed, database vendor changed, standard architecture protocols no longer supported. No capable support available. Chat support the only available option, with unacceptable delays for essentail questions. Only resolution was to port all accounts to a credible alternate vendor.
