Extremely disappointed in them these days
I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit. It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada. I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now??? @Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve.
