After receiving misaligned magnet they were quick to correct the issue so I can hand out the correct item. My biggest advice is make sure you asked got a proof to verify the product is what you want. This was my second time ordering and I was pleased the first time, then disappointed on what I initially received the second time. But the customer service on solving the issue and quick reship was fantastic. Quality is good and out customers like them.
