Error 2004 - resolved - works great now!
I just bought this and encountered Error 2004! I followed all their FAQ suggestions with no luck, BUT when I finally went back and selected a different location to store the MP3 files (other than the one that was supposed to be created at installation), everything worked perfectly! My issue was mostly user error.
