Misleading and unprofessional!
I tried ordering inner tie rods and tie rod boot. The service was extremely deplorable and unprofessional! First Fitinpart.sg listed the parts as available, yet you had me waiting for so many days for your vendor to say the part is not available. And you took my money for the part you were not aware of being available. Second You cancelled the order, couldn't you have checked another vendor for the part? I expressed many times to your representatives that I needed this part. Worse yet, you have chosen to send the boot without the tie rod, what am I going to do with it? Third After canceling the order, you placed the same item (tie rod) back unto your website saying that it is available. How does that make sense? Only now I realize that you are misleading your customers. This was my first doing business with you and I have no intention of coming back!
