My partner bought me an ‘opal’ necklace…
My partner bought me an ‘opal’ necklace as a gift for Christmas. The delivery took ages for a start, then after literally less than a week of wear the opal started to go greyish then eventually orange? When researching it told me opals can go cloudy when exposed to heat ect so I stopped wearing it and stored it in the storage box that came with the necklace. Left it for a week the colour never returned, left out on my desk the colour has still not returned. I’ve sent an email to customer service along with a follow up it’s been two weeks now and still no reply. Shocking for the price you pay it’s a joke!
