Truly fantastic customer service
Truly fantastic customer service. I needed a whole new front wheel and the website images didn't look right. They have a whatsapp human being (not an ai agent!) and I can't believe how well they helped me out. They told me exactly what to order and manually updated my order for me. I thought I'd be ordering separate parts but they shipped me a whole front wheel kit pre-assembled. It arrived in 2 days which was incredible!
