I did enjoy short courses on the platform, but lost how to login and forgot I was a subscriber. Then I missed the one email about the refreshed payment and $155 came out for renewal. I quickly applied for a refund but "Unfortunately, this charge was an automatic renewal of your existing membership. Our refund policy does not allow refunds for renewal charges". Do not subscribe if your inbox is very oversaturated.
