Scam Site
Update: I did find 2 later emails in my Junk folder regarding the shipping issues. Fingers crossed the items now come. Will update accordingly. Note to Joybos. Would be beneficial for all to indicate anticipated ship times in a prominent place. Still waiting for a reply from Joybos. I don't understand why they won't even reply. My multi-hundred-dollar order has been in transit for over 25 days. Sent text below via email twice. No one (or vm) answers the listed phone number and the live chat isn't live.. just a form to fill out. Feels VERY much like a scam site. About to report them to my credit card company as well. Email (with no reply) sent over a week ago. "Placed a somewhat large order 12/10. Tracking info indicates it was to be delivered 12/31. Still have not received it. Tracking hasn't been updated since 12/20. Order #51323. No one answers your phone number nor your email (as I have attempted to contact you both ways). Please update me on the status of my order ASAP. Regards - Marie Johnson
