DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Where to start. There were issues with this company taking ages to reply and our estate agents did a lot of chasing for us which ultimately delayed our sale for a least two months. However I understand that companies can be busy and in the end the house was sold. That's where the biggest issue started. We completed the sale on the 27th Feb 26 and waited for our mortgage to be paid off and the remaining funds to be transferred to our bank. We waited over a week and nothing so I tried to contact the company, they could not get through to David Kraemer (Accounts) so suggested I email him, they also gave me his direct number (which he has never answered or responded to voicemails) He eventually responded to emails and said that he had processed the money. (No apology) Imagine my relief the following day when I see the money in our bank. However that is not the end, our mortgage was still not paid. I have emailed and called and on two separate occasions Mr. Kreamer via email has said it has been processed that day and we should receive the money next day as of today we have still not had our money. I will keep this review updated as this case continues
