Never ever think of buying from Moglix the fraudulent company This is probably the most pathetic company you will ever encounter in your life. I have placed the order for a printer on 20th Dec. The order was shipped on 26th but then there's no update on the delivery as the package seems to be lost. The company representatives have been unresponsive despite multiple requests about the status of the order and requests for cancelation. They keep saying it will be delivered/canceled within 24-48 hours which didn't happen for the last 3 times I checked with them. I went forward and filed a case with the consumer forum of govt of India. Let's see what happens next.
