This support desk is incredible. If you have something, they have real contact looking into your case. I had it a few years ago with a holiday in a gulf state where vpn is not encouged: KeepSolid helped me with some adaptations. Last week, I had some weird issues with connecting: they helped again pin pointing it to my ISP, and finding the way around. Worth every penny!
