The customer service is very quick and efficient. The first time a received a septum clicker and had a problem with it, they responded very quickly and even sent a replacement that arrived in around two weeks. The problem, however is that the same issue that I had with the first ring happened again. They just use cheap material that started RUSTING at the hinge of the clicker. So not worth the price for the lacking quality. I was so excited to finally have a piece from them too :(
