Useless vouchers
During my journey from BKK to PER via Kuala Lumpur a 5+ hour delay to flight D7 236 last December turned a 2 hour connection into a night sleeping on the airport floor. I was sent a travel voucher for 200 MYR which I am unable to use for any flight out of Bangkok which is always my required starting point. There appears to be no means of obtaining benefit from this voucher even booking the same route as the one for which the problem arose. I have had absolutely no acknowledgement or response to the polite messages I sent
