Very frustrated trying to get through to customer service. To my relief I eventually spoke to Jackie. Oh my goodness, she went above and beyond to help with my warranty and was able to confirm this had already been done, I believe on the day my cooker was delivered. A huge thanks to Jackie and if every company had someone like her, there would be no need for a complaints department. A huge thank you Jackie and Rangemaster. Just wish there was a handle for the grill,I can’t see the benefit to the customer. (Oh dear am I complaining!!!! Lol
