Delivery service sucks
1. I bought the bundle (printer + 3 black filaments) in $450, few hours later elegoo launched a promo for $380 with one filament. i tried to cancel my order or try to get price match but they didn't care at all. 2. Tracking time and platform are not good at all. It says that delivery time is 3 to 7 days but at this point, 12 days later, I haven't received my filaments yet!!!!! Tracking page doesn't show any updated information so I don't know when I'm receiving them. So frustrated. Even the printer is good so far, I would not recommend to buy it directly from Elegoo since their logistics and marketing sucks, try from other retail like amazon or h&b.
