On the Alibaba portal, in the "messages" section of each buyer, any registered customer can be banned and blocked at any time without a representative of the store/factory, which in my opinion and in the opinion of other buyers (scammed, left without technical support or obtaining spare parts) is an unacceptable procedure. This option should absolutely not be there!! In my case, after purchasing an airless paint pump from Wuxi Putian Special Spraying Equipment Co.Ltd from Jiangsu, I was blocked by the manager and salesperson . On Alibaba there are woman and men but in reality this is only woman named Kristin. Reason? ...The user manual was incomplete, the display showed pressure only in MPA and the manual stated that the device should also show in Bar and PSI. The spray gun had a cracked hand guard (later it broke completely). I asked several times for possible help with the display, for sending the complete manual by e-mail. I asked for the cracked part to be sent to me, for which I declared to pay. No response. Later, I asked for a quote for the next much modern airless spray pump. She ask me about how many units I need – I wrote her just single one . Saleswoman sent me the "sweaty head" icon in return and blocked me. Now I have no possibility of any form of contact with this factory, service because their website does not work and contact is through the company's website placed on Alibaba. There is a man's name and surname there as a manager responsible for contact with foreign customers.......Unfortunately, all emails there are also redirected to this woman (Kristin) and seen on my Alibaba account in the "messages" section of my account. Please tell me why buy on Alibaba if the customer is left without support, service and help after the purchase by blocking.
