Blackview is scandalous
Blackview is scandalous. I tried to cancel a phone I ordered after it didn't show up for 3 months. They said they'd already sent it, even though the shipping label was printed at least a month after I first requested a return. They requested I mail it to an address in Florida, and I required a signature for delivery, which was signed, and they claimed they never got it. Still fighting with them, horrible, horrible customer service, no one gives you a straight answer. Stay way away from Blackview.
