The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. They were able to recover almost all my data on the back up drive, which was unexpected. They showed me the data on a Zoom call before accepting the recovery to see what was all recovered, once verified it was shipped to my house, which I received in a couple days. I was overjoyed and so thankful.
