“ pissed off customer terms of service agreement“??
This company sent me a women’s jersey of a player I don’t even know. Everything about the package I received was wrong. I tried to chat with someone and it just went dead after waiting for 20 minutes like searched for a phone number and in order to get one it said I had to write a reason I needed someone to speak to and I had to agree to the “pissed off customer“ terms. I couldn’t believe what I was reading and thought it was a joke. I finally got a hold of someone and they just said we’re out of the correct item sorry. What an Inconvenience, now I have to return this item in order to get a credit which will probably take two weeks. Horrible horrible customer service
