Onboarding taking weeks longer than it should. Unclear what the next steps were all along the way. Asking me to upload documents when the upload buttons are disactivated. Delays at every step in the way for someone to check one document, instead of allowing me to provide everything at once. Poorly designed UI and horrific user experience. Update: 3 weeks since I started my onboarding process with Deel and still no resolution. Myself and my employer have provided all necessary documents and approvals.
