We are an early B2B SaaS start-up. We have approached run frictionless coaching services to help us with few areas of friction points in GTM and Fund Raising preparations. Run frictionless helped us by clearly understanding the issues in-depth and have guided us appropriately with a clear strategy forward. The result of every session was extra-ordinary as it really make us realign on our strategies and almost it took us more than a week to digest the feedback and rework on our plans after every session. I should say that every session had a clear take away and had moved us forward in our plans removing the friction. I liked the way Anthony do not provide generalised advice, rather the coaching was very customized, listening to our current situation and working together with us to come up with an appropriate solution.
