TERRIBLE PLACE TO PURCHASE FROM!
Update: STILL NO REFUND! I ordered a transmission in October, took nearly 3 months to receive. Website states torque converter is included at no cost. Kevin also told us torque converter would be included. After nearly three months we finally received the transmission and long and behold no torque converter. I called and was told because of COVID the shipping company was not picking up everything, excuses on top of excuses and they would refund us the money for a torque converter. Well here we are almost a month now, no refund, no phone calls answered. Have spoken to Kelly, Dani, Kevin, apparently they run their business without an accounting department.
