Be ready to fight your money back
Ordered two times from this site. First batch over $170 plus 30-40 $ for shipping. One or two items were defective. Okay not bad. Order a second time a week later, half of my order magically disappears. Contacted rep, claimed it’s already delivered. Yes it did but not all of it. Then I tried asking for what was the total weight of my whole order just so that I can confirm if their is another box on the way or if they really did process my whole order (since they do note the oz of each item and I’m getting charged for it too!). No replies. So it shows how this company neglects their customers, and keeps these “extra” shipping fees. Goodbye!
