They only publish favourable reviews and bait and switch products
I tried to leave a review on their site that was not 5 stars but they don't publish them unless they are five stars, hard to believe that there are only 5 reviews on their Centauri Carbon Accessory pack and what a coincidence that are all 5 stars. I left a 1 star review and it was not published. I bought the Carbon because I was told Colour AMS was coming which is now obviously not the case. I bought the accessory pack as the way it is presented on the website you get PLA-CF along with he plates etc which seemed like good value but then it only cam with PLA. When I questioned this they point to the hidden description which does show it only comes with PLA, but that is below a list which does include the PLA-CF. Seems very deceptive to me. Having said all this I am generally pretty happy with the printer itself and their filaments.
