Wanted to exchange the ring I bought…
Wanted to exchange the ring I bought for my girlfriend for a smaller size. Free shipping is not covered for “that reason” I had to pay $18 to ship the ring back because I needed insurance on the package. The seat time between ordering and when they ship isn’t exactly speedy either. The quality of the first ring I returned seems good but time will tell on the second ring I had to order. This might become a 1 star depending on how long it takes for them to refund my money on the first ring I had to ship back to them.
