I booked my return ticket from Shimla to Delhi on 25th Jan 2021 but due to farmer protest bus was cancelled. Redbus drop me a email to received refund from HRTC counter but HRTC representative denied for refund as ticket was booked through online platform and same informed to redbus. I drop multiple email to redbus but after 5 days i did not received a single response. Could you please anyone update me about my refund. Ticket no.
