New to Resin
I just started using Resin in December of 2020 as a birthday gift to myself. Since then I have signed up for every box that Sophie & Toffee have. Not only is their customer service great (they have helped me both on Instagram & through email), but they have superior quality materials. I work with logistics for my job daily & I know how much shipping can be a nightmare. When my shipment had not moved for a week I contacted them and they reshipped the missing materials within a few days. I cannot say how much that was appreciated. 10 stars!
