Don't expect much money back on refunds!
This is a great company...when they want your money! Awful when it comes to returns. It is not clear on the website that returns go back to Hong Kong. I paid £99 for 2 pairs of shoes and got a refund of just £73!! This was after the consultant on the 'chat' reassured me that if I purchased the shoes i would only pay a "few pounds" on Royal mail postage. The royal mail postage for the items cost £8, yet £26 was deducted from my refund! The return address was their UK based warehouse, yet I was told the extra charge was for shipping costs??! They also don't seem to refund the whole cost of the items. I asked for the calculations and they started at £84 not the £99 I originally paid. Will be reporting to trading standards. Update - this has happened twice. Returned some hair pieces (so a light package). Paid £32.78, got refunded £19.16. In both cases, no evidence of the extortionate shipping costs to a Birmingham warehouse!
