my order returned to them...they kept my order and my money
my order was returned due to incorrect address...they confirmed they received it back and refused to give me a refund or credit. I explained multiple times to simply give me a credit or ship item and i would pay for postage; the rep was very rude. It is unheard of for a company to your money and your product...buyer beware as this is a foreign company and they know you have little to no recourse!
