I ordered pillows for a friend
I ordered pillows for a friend. She received COVERS, instead. While they only cost $6 each, the shipping charges were $12.99, way more than they should have cost. If actual pillows had been sent, I could see paying a little more for shipping. However, they arrived in an envelope that should have only cost $3.00, at the most. Trying to return them is a major chore, and I have to pay return shipping charges. I contacted BBB, who couldn't find a phone number and the address, apparently, was bogus. This company has an F rating with BBB. I don't like false advertising and paying overpriced shipping charges.
