I had problems with the recovery process after scanning my hard drive for deleted data. I contacted customer service straight away. They were very helpful and asked me to send details. After sending details they contacted me again to say i had bad sectors on my hard drive. It was my problem not the software, however they generously offered to give me 30% back and said i could could continue to use the software until the subscription ended. I found this to be excellent customer service.
