Expectations Met and Exceeded
The Age-Less Retreat in Athens, Georgia was a well - timed, very organized, and beautiful venue. The dance studio was wonderful to practice in because of the space and the floor, the workshop class in the theater was a great set up for the learning mixed in with fitness tests. Practicing and learning in person, with Lucas and Camilo, was the specific reason I came. Come on !!! - Not many - if any- other team, gives that much to their participants. There is always something going on from weekly LIVE sessions, to DAILY programs, masterclasses, 21 day programs, podcasts, and a FREE weekend retreat. Up to date fitness and nutrition information to keep us inspired to stay "real", but also inspired to live a yoga body strong, long and lean life. Lucas elevated my teaching and was pretty darn cool to practice in person. (and much more cost effective than going to Spain - although bucket list!) Thank you Lucas and Camilo for a solid, well presented and prepared weekend.
