Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a problem with an order. You accrue rewards points for each purchase. When I tried to use some of these points the coupon code that it generated came up as unusable. Plus, my points were gone. An email to customer service, and I received a way to remedy that situation, along with a coupon code for free shipping. Prices are competitive for pre framed canvas. There are options for canvas sizes and quantity of different paint colors to enhance the quality of the picture. Shipping time is a little long, but if you schedule your next masterpiece halfway through the one you are working on, it will work out just right. As an older person, painting is a great way to pass the time, and I gift the completed works to friends and family.
