I ordered one thing and received something completely different. The flowers looked different and poor quality. On the product description they promise burlap packaging, I received cheap plastic packaging instead. In their FAQ they mention things may arrive somewhat differently but refuse to acknowledge they also promise certain items in the description as well. Meriam from a better florist support was polite, but ultimately refused to help and tried to blame it on the delivery window. Frankly speaking, if you can’t provide a service in the delivery window as advertised then don’t offer the service. I would have ordered elsewhere if they weren’t able to provide same day delivery. They refused to even offer a partial refund for a repeat customer. There are better and more honest options out there.
