Flink used to be good but now their customer service and delivery times are absolutely appalling. Today I made an order and I was waiting over one hour for it to be picked up even though I only live an 8 minute walk from one of their pick up locations. I messaged customer service multiple times because I needed to leave and had no response when I asked to cancel my order. On top of that the rider arrived and marked it as delivered when I wasn’t even home to receive it. Completely crap service honestly
