They are a scam and they steal your money
They are a scam. They sent my bill to collections without ever notifying me of any bill in the first place. My emails from them have no mention of a bill from the last couple of years. They even had someone call me from their company and I told the representative i do not use their service and then I found out later that she never closed my account after telling her that I did not use or want it, plus she never mentioned there was a bill that needed to be paid. So I get one from collections for something I haven't used once in many years. Do not use them!
