Slow service, lies from support staff.
WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. After placing my order, I was contacted by the sales representative ("Jessica") who indicated that if I waited 1 week the global ROM version of the phone I ordered would be available. With the Chinese new year fast approaching I asked for written confirmation that the phone would ship before the new year holidays. This did not happen and I have now been told I will be waiting another 14 days before the order ships. That is a total lead time of more than a month. Bad service. Better off buying somewhere else. Update. This story gets worse. They have now allegedly shipped the item. However they did not use express shipping as per the payment. They sent it by sea. Update. The package is still showing status dispatched to see. This is now 60 days since the order was placed. I have requested a refund. I am being told to please wait another 30 days.
