Extra unexplained shipping costs
The order came on time, the product was good, but after paying $50 for shipping (nearly a 1/4 of the total cost), I was also contacted by UPS to pay an extra $20, which was unexpected. All shipping costs should be made clear up front. This did not happen the last time I ordered through Alibaba
