I received a blue silk shirt dress
I received a blue silk shirt dress, I ordered L, it arrived in a size that said size 12 and L. Large is definitely size 14. I love the dress but it is too small. I wrote an email, They sent me to the website to start my return process. I want to exchange the dress, I need a size 14, I do not fit in to the 12. (anymore) I do not understand how a company that says" they offer good quality clothing" have such a bad returns policy. I need to send the dress back and exchange for the bigger size, sooner rather than later as the Summer will be over at this rate. Now they say that they do not recognise my order number or my email address even though they have sent me emails. What's that about??? This company has so much great potential, sadly their customer service is shocking.
