Outstanding Customer Service Who Care
I originally ordered a 'Puppy Fur Keepsafe Keychain' which arrived broken and did not hold fur in the tail as the advertised picture depicted. However, Amelia from Giftfors went above and beyond to help me find a replacement item from her store and was genuinely concerned with ensuring I was happy with the new item. The 'Angel Solar Light' I recieved in replacement is beautiful and of high quality and was shipped quickly. I love this beautiful bright Angel shining on my beloved Dog's memorial stone. Thank you Amelia for all you care and help and determination to ensure i was satisfied with my new item.
