We booked a holiday to Bhutan about 10 months ago with MAMIE who was so very , very helpful and patient with us for months of questions as we live in Ireland an not easy to get to Bhutan. Unfortunately Mamie left which we were sad about but Ethan took over our case and he was brilliant too . He was so very helpful and came back immediately every time to us and got our visas for us . We got safely to Bhutan and met our guide PALDEN WANGCHUK and our driver TSHERING . They were amazing , so kind and gentle and helpful and so polite and both had very good English which helped a lot . The driving was NOT easy going up the mountains in Bhutan beacuse of small landslides and bad roads but Tshering was a brilliant driver ( Im a great driver but could not have done it ) .We went for the Buddist festivals which were amazing and Palden was so nice he even called me a week later to show me a festival live from Bhutan !. We would highly recommend this tour company and these 2 amazing beautiful people from Bhutan if you are going there . The country is so clean , the air so fresh , the scenery so stunning and natural and so lucky to see it now . We would highly recommend these 2 great guides and you will have a unforgetable holiday . WARNING ; We had to come back through NEW DELHI ...........we were locked in an Uber taxi and demanded 20 times the agreed fair and the driver was driving off with me in the car only for by the luck of God another taxi man saw me screaming and came to the rescue .DO NOT GO THROUGH INDIA to Bhutan ............it is not safe , very dangerous and the Indian police will do NOTHING to help you . Go through Bangkok or Dubai ( if Trump has stopped bombing the area ) . I hope to go back to Bhutan as soon as I can . LOVE BHUTAN
