What an atrocious company to deal with! I purchased a dress from Ardor, when it did arrive it did not even look like the dress I ordered. Trying to return item proved very difficult, they want you to keep original item and give back 30% I insisted on returning for full refund but months on I am still waiting as they state item not received! It’s appalling, they are a sham, buyer beware
