I purchased the kitchen sink teeter toy for my cat. The ribbons are so low quality, it snapped off in my cats mouth in literally a couple if chews. So quickly, I did not have time to intervene. I ended up rushing my baby to the emergency vet. They gave him medicine that greatly sedated him and made him vomit, then had to get another shot to basically bring him back to normal. My baby was stressed amd panting by the time we were done. I reached out to this company and privided an offer to receive half my vet costs back, but I had to sign a liability waiver 1st. Fair, I guess. But then I asked if they could have their team redesign using better quality product. I was told basically that was up to their department. I replied, back basically sure, but for now, I'll hold off on signing until that dept makes that decision. I rec'd reply back, "we disagree with your assertions" amd that I stated not to sign the waiver. So, this tells me they put profit iver quality. Maybe not so customer focused.
