Be warned - not UK based
When I placed the order, to my surprise it was dispatched from China, the only good bit was a fast delivery, but I am hugely disappointed with the camera which has never worked correctly, it will only take photos for 24 hours before switching off. The batteries still have charge and I’ve tried two sets of brand-new batteries and had the same problem. I exchanged many emails with the company, but they would not acknowledge the fault. I have been offered £10.00, presumably as compensation, allowing me to keep the camera which does not perform in accordance with the specification. Alternatively, I was given the option to return the camera to China at my expense for a refund. I would incur shipping costs and any taxes, what would I actually receive? I am writing off the cost of this appalling experience. UK based websites must show a postal address on their website, in future if I can’t see a UK address then I won’t be ordering.
