Bad sizing and won't refund VAT
I ordered a bridesmaid dress based off the measurements on the website, but dress was at least 2 sizes too big when it arrived and looked completely different to the photo on the website. I spent £100 on my order and was aware that postage was £20, but JJ's was not transparent that they would not refund £16 of VAT. I returned the dress and have only been refunded £65 (they took £3 off for cost of return), leaving me £35 out of pocket. I have another dress on order from them and am terrified that it will not fit and I'll have to return it and lose out on even more money. Do not order from this company, there are better more honest bridesmaid dress stores on Etsy
