The most frustrating experience ever with warranty and customer service. Will never buy another niu scooter again! Two weeks into owning scooter lock to keep scooter open breaks while riding randomly. Contact customer service who send me a shipping label with the wrong name on it and to a place in Texas when I wanted it for a walk in service in Connecticut. Weeks on end calling trying to resolve and nothing. I’m out hundreds on a scooter so upset.
