SCAM
SCAM - BEWARE I looked at a video that showed a spray can what delivered black sealer to stop water ingress on buildings. I ordered 2 cans. What arrived after a month was 2 tiny plastic bottles that were not the same at all. They had little pumps not an aerosol can. They offer a money back guarantee So i contacted them, they sent an email asking to send back a code to what the complaint was. I did and was the sent the generic reply below: "Hi, Due to the influence of COVID-19, we will not accept return. We will refund 20% and you still keep it ,is it ok?" When i contacted hem again they just send the same reply. No one answers the emails. This is illegal under distance selling regulations They quote an English address, so come under those laws If you think about it, send something different at a high price then give 20% back, you are quids in. 96% Bad Reviews on Trust-pilot shows they are a scam. Facebook should pull their ads I have contacted trading standards on this and they are taking it further. I am sure that Facebook could be at fault as they have been informed of the problems but still let them run their ads with the misleading videos. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
