Best Customer Service I've Ever Received I had a tear in the Porto Vino bag I purchased. I emailed them on a weekend, and within hours had gotten an apologetic email and guarantee for a new one. By Monday my new bag was sent and I received by Thursday. Could not recommend this company and product more! Great and innovative bag for all to use. Thanks Porto Vino team. -Molly
